What is a chair massage?Chair massage is a 15min-30min massage focusing on neck shoulders back and arms. It takes place seated in a specifically designed massage chair. Clothing is NOT removed and NO oils or lotions are used. |

What is a table massage?Table massage is a 30min-90min massage focusing on most parts of the body. It takes place laying down on a specifically designed massage table. Clothing can be removed or left on. If removed you will be covered at all times by a sheet and only those body parts that the therapist is working on will be exposed. Oil or lotion will be used. If clothing is left on it will be more like a chair massage but with the added comfort of laying down. |

How much space is needed?Very little at all. A 5x6 space for a chair massage a 6x10 space for a table. |

How will I know what type of massage I will be getting?At the beginning of your session the therapist will ask you about any pre-existing conditions or problems. For example uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes, fractures, herniated discs, malignancy. Please inform therapist of any conditions that may impede the massage. The therapist will ask you what type of pressure you prefer. Let them know what you are looking for. This is YOUR time make the most of it. Our Relax Onsite therapists are eager to please and trained to work with many body types and sensitive spots. |

I am pregnant, can I still receive massage?Most definitely! Massage during pregnancy can be most beneficial. It is important to advise your therapist that you are pregnant. They will then assess what adjustments need to be made for your session, if any. |

How many massage therapists will I need for my event?Every event is unique. You want just the right amount of therapist to keep people interested in your event. Give us a call or email us and we will let you know exactly whats best for you. |

How far in advance should we schedule with you?Generally speaking one to two weeks for an office or private session is ideal. For larger events please allow 2 to 3 weeks to guarantee the best in what we have to offer. |

How can you guarantee your therapist will show on time?Not only have these therapist been handpicked ( we are like family) a set up and break down clause is in your contract. The therapist will arrive 15min before to meet, and set up and 15min after to break down and make sure everything has been taken care of. |

What is your cancellation policy?Each contract is designed specifically for you. In general, there is a deposit required and a 72hr cancellation policy. |

Are gratuities or tips expected?Although, gratuities are not expected it is a great way to let them know how you felt about their work. Generally speaking 2 to 5 dollars for every 15min is the industry standard. |
